PROJECT OVERVIEW
This exciting redevelopment opportunity saw MadiganGill working alongside Eco World London in delivering a new residential quarter and community stadium in Brentford. A Full logistics, security, and waste management service were required to see this circa 750 apartment development through to completion alongside the new 17,000 seater home of Brentford football club and London Irish Rugby Club.
CHALLENGES
Maintaining a functioning construction site during match days alongside a bustling national rail station required an organised traffic management team and open communication with both National Rail and Brentford Community Stadium operatives. A detailed Master Plan and Delivery Management System was used to coordinate match day deliveries, TV crews, and pedestrian access whilst maintaining a demanding construction programme.

channels were established by our Logistic Management team, which given the ever-moving
