The overall project consists of the refurbishment of one of the iconic penthouses on the prestigious 1 Hyde Park, thought to be some of the most expensive apartments in the world. Principle Demolition assisted with the Penthouse refurbishment removing part of the floor slab between levels 10-11 to make way for a sky lounge connecting bridge.
