Delivery Management System

Central to our Construction Logistics Offering is MG Deliver, our in-house web-based and smart phone app Delivery Management System (DMS), created to give full real-time control of deliveries, and resource allocation.

Developed in-house and powered by ACMetrix, MG Deliver captures all data and enables us to produce detailed tailor-made reports each week that enables efficient management of the construction project.

All delivery requests and delivery allocation times to be controlled by the MadiganGill Logistic Manager in coordination with trade contractors and client team.

KEY FEATURES INCLUDE:

  • Material and plant delivery and collection coordination
  • FORS and CLOCS compliance checks
  • Coordination with offsite consolidation facilities
  • Integration of onsite resources, including crane, hoist, or forklift usage
  • Real-time feedback on inbound goods
  • Performance reporting

 

 

 

In addition to DMS functionality, MG Deliver also provides the following features:

  • Clear Up Notice system digitally tracked with photos
  • Digital Compliance checking e.g. hoarding, welfare, fire points
  • Vehicle Tracking route monitoring system
  • Digital driver Inductions and integrated FORS and CLOCS compliance

AWARD WINNING

MadiganGill Logistics winning the Contractor of the Year Innovation and Technology Award from Alex Jefferson, Wates MOJ Programme Director, in recognition for providing our unique Vehicle Tracking Technology HMP Wellen Oaks (Gartree) Project.

Working closely with our technology partner Bridge Management Systems, we were able to enhance our existing system and provide the ability to track in real-time delivery vehicles from the agreed commencement point to and from the project with pre-set and agreed routes, with the system providing deviation alerts.
