MadiganGill is a highly successful Recruitment Business operating in the Construction Sector and working with Main Contractors and Sub Contractors supplying staff on a Temporary and Permanent basis.



Due to extensive company growth, we are looking for a Resourcer/Account Manager to assist the Regional Manager in Growing the South Home Counties region by sourcing candidates, closing them on available jobs and carrying out the compliance and admin.

The Role



Based in our new Redhill office the Recruitment Resourcer/Account Manager will work in a busy environment and will have the ability to think on their feet and react to the constantly changing requirements clients will need. Being confident and hardworking are essential qualities for this role, as well as a great telephone manner and the ability to communicate with potential candidates face to face. A willingness and ability to learn quickly will assist you greatly within this role, along with a strong attention to detail with regards to administrative tasks and data entry.




  • Focusing on call handling and communicating with potential candidates

  • Communicating with Consultants with regards to the jobs you are filling and their requirements

  • Resourcing for candidates daily to ensure job roles are filled for the following day

  • Answering landline and directing any queries/requests to the right department.

  • Sourcing new candidates and inviting them to office in order to complete registration.

  • Updating database with any new and existing candidates who are ready for work.

  • Placing adverts for jobs on job boards and social medis

  • Using online recruitment tools to source candidates in hard-to-fill areas.

  • Helping achieve 100% compliance daily

  • General Admin Duties - filing, updating database with any new information, calling candidates to determine availability

  • May be required to do site visits to drop off some PPE or do some on-site registrations



 



Skills and Experience Required




  • Recruitment and/or Construction experience is a bonus, but not essential, as you will receive 1 on 1 training from a highly experienced Manager on the entire Recruitment process.

  • Good Admin and basic IT skills, Excel, Word, Outlook and using general databases

  • Social Media awareness and experience of using various platforms

  • Strong work ethic

  • Confident and comfortable on the phone

  • Hungry to succeed



Salary and Bonus Scheme



 



We have a starting salary of £25,000 per annum plus a bonus scheme based on both candidate placements and compliance.
