Project Info:
Student Accommodation Project 3 (SAP3) is a scheme with 900-bed spaces over 26,000m2 of space in a mix of studios including four, six and eight-bed clusters. The 3-block Passivhausdevelopment at the University’s Frenchay Campus started in November and will be handed over prior to the 2023/2024 student intake. Passivhaus buildings provide a high level of occupant comfort while using very little energy for heating and cooling adding to sustainability initiatives set out by Vinci and UWE Bristol.
