Project Information
The Bishopsgate Goodsyard masterplan will transform the site of a former goods station into a new mixed neighbourhood containing offices, shops, restaurants and homes. Overall, the scheme will also provide 1.4 million sq. ft. of workspace in five buildings, including around 140,000 sq. ft. of affordable space - one of the largest single contributions of any development in London. MadiganGill are involved with the refurbishment of an office.
