We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for Pinners Hall, a Commercial Redevelopment project for McLaughlin & Harvey. 

This major retrofit scheme at Pinners Hall signals the forthcoming transformation of the existing 1990s office building in the heart of the City of London. Completion of the project is currently targeted for summer 2027.

The redevelopment will introduce new upper levels along with a seventh-floor pavilion, significantly enhancing the building’s profile and delivering approximately 200,000 sq ft of high-quality commercial space. The site is strategically located between

Liverpool Street and Bank, placing it within one of the most active and high-demand development areas in the city core.
