We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for New Zealand House,a Commercial Refurbishment project for Multiplex.

Situated in London St James, the 18-storey building was given a grade II listing in 1995, considered the Capitals first Tower block and first building with air conditioning. Previously occupied by New Zealand Government, the whole building was too big for them to occupy, with them soon taking the 18th Floor, the remaining refurbishment will include 95,000 sq ft of office space marked for Commercial occupiers, and there will also be a new retail and bar facilities. The development also includes the revitalisation of the Royal Opera Arcade shopping and dining.
