Network Building
The project consists of significantly improving the conditions of the seven-storey building situated on the corner of Tottenham Court Road. The main building will cover 64,000 square feet of office space and is due to be completed 2025. The ground floor level will house retail stores, restaurants, and cafe space. This development is on target to achieve BREEAM outstanding and will support sustainable circular economy strategies.
