  • OVERVIEW

Through good coordination with the facade trade contractor, we were able to minimise disruption to surrounding vehicle routes. We ensured that clear and defined storage areas and walkways on site were kept to a high standard, clear of obstructions and strictly managed to ensure a tight footprint. We focused too on the external presentation of the site and hoardings making sure that site visibility was acceptable to the residents. The project was delivered on time and without incident with our MadiganGill Logistics team receiving a Health & Safety Award and Supervisor of the Year Award from Wates for our dedication to achieving the highest standards on this project.
