We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for Loyds Halifax, Trinity Road a Commercial Fit out project for Wates Smartspace.
The overall project will modernise the existing Lloyds Bank headquarters in Halifax. With the aim to achieve net zero in 2030, the project will greatly reduce the sites carbon footprint along with adding biodiverse outdoor space and improved cycling and active travel facilities for colleagues. There will be improved wellbeing facilities including a mother's room, new changing areas, a contemplation room, flexible fitness spaces and a cafe.
