This is a major commercial redevelopment in Cardiff city centre. It will transform the existing 10-storey office building into a modern, high-quality workspace. Lloyds Banking Group has committed to the scheme with a 10-year lease, relocating over 3,000 staff to the new premises at Callaghan Square, reinforcing its long-term investment in the city.
The development is designed to prioritise employee wellbeing, accessibility, and sustainability. It will include a free-to-use fitness space, on-site café, accessible speed gates, and a sensory map to improve navigation and inclusivity. Targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating, the project demonstrates a strong commitment to energy-efficient and environmentally responsible design.
