The first phase of the development comprises one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes due to be completed by July 2023. All 211 homes in this first phase of a wider development will be affordable homes for shared ownership. The development will also include a new bus stand, a cycle hub, and a restaurant/café centered around a new public square.
