We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for HMP Lancaster Farms a Refurbishment project for Kier Construction.
This project at HMP Lancaster Farms sees the refurbishment of the Cat C Prison that will house approximately 120 new prisoners. The plan is to refurbish the existing building, bringing an out-of-date prison back online, as part of the Ministry of Justice's New Prison programme.
The Mace-designed scheme will see the creation of two house blocks on the existing prison site, located off Far Moor Lane. Each building measures 8,200 sq ft and will provide accommodation for 120 new inmates.
