Project Info:
A mixed-use scheme comprising of 134 new homes made up of one, two and three-bed apartments. The development will include a communal landscaped podium deck and roof terrace on the 17th floor. There will be over 45,000 square metres of commercial space at Higgs Yard, a former industrial site at Loughborough Junction which will house retail or commercial units.
