We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the advanced
works order for material consolidation storage for Wates Smartspace.
PROJECT INFO:
The GPA have secured a 25 year lease at Ruskin square which will be the new government hub with civil servants from the home office. The project consists of a 10 storey mixed use development covering more than 330,000 sq. ft. including ground level retail units.
MadiganGill are involved with the advanced works order for material consolidation storage ahead of us undertaking main logistics works in Summer 23. The scope of work includes the storage of plasterboard and tiles for the main project.
