We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for Giltspur Street a Commercial Refurbishment for BAM.
This development consists of the significant refurbishment of existing trading floors, extending upwards and creating new category A office spaces in the heart of the City. With over 120,000 sq.ft. the top two floors will replace three new floorsconstructed from cross-laminated timber (CLT), enhancing the building's sustainability credentials and structural efficiency.
To enhance urban greening integrated into the façade and to promote environmental sustainability it will include a roofterrace with views over St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Old Bailey. The refurbishment to 90% of the façade captures the carefulintegration of old and new, making the ancient structure a focal point of the design.
