We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for Fulton Road,Wembley, a Residential Development for Regal Homes.
The overall scheme comprises 759 homes in the London Borough of Brent (35% of which will be affordable), arranged over five high-quality tenure blind buildings including 78 new three-bedroom family-sized homes to help meet Brent’s housing needs.This truly mixed use development will also provide over 33,000 sq ft of flexible commercial space which will include retail, light industrial and logistics uses. This brings Regal London’s committed pipeline to 4,500 homes over the next few years.
