We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for Friars Close, a Residential Redevelopment project for Mount Anvil.
This scheme delivers 149 high-quality homes, ranging from two to five bedrooms. In addition the development will introduce improved shared spaces, including an urban green walkway and new amenity terrace which will help create a safer, greener, and more welcoming environment for residents. The project is due for completion in Spring 2028.
Working closely with the Greater London Authority, 54 of the new homes will be delivered as affordable housing, supporting the provision of much-needed accessible homes within the community.
MadiganGill will be providing the full logistics package on site, alongside our waste management service, ensuring the project is
delivered efficiently and responsibly.
