Forum Hotel, Kensington
Situated in West London, overall works will see the former Holiday Inn on Cromwell Road in Kensington become the Forum Hotel with all 903 guest rooms and public areas re-fitted.
Works will involve structural enhancements, a new rooftop extension featuring a panoramic bar and restaurant and infrastructure improvements. The new features will include a luxury spa, pool, gym, and multiple dining venues, as well as external enhancements such as a publicly accessible garden square.
MadiganGill Logistics will be delivering the full logistics package on site and will be expected to finish works towards the end of 2027.
