We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for
Dolphin Square, a Residential Refurbishment project for Galliford Try.
This Project consists of the redevelopment of existing residential apartments providing a new ground plus a 9 storey building and 2 levels of basement, including residential serviced apartments, shops and leisure facilities. A single storey rooftop extension to the retained and refurbished Estate will provide additional residential units. Additionally a new row of townhouses to the west of the site is proposed and a new landscaped garden will enhance this unique estate and conservation area.
