We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the contract for ColumbusCourtyard a Life Sciences Development for Morgan Sindall.
Columbus Courtyard
The overall project will set out to convert the existing London Docklands office block into a life sciences facility and is set to become the UK’s second largest office-to-life sciences repurposing scheme. This will include 980 square metres of rooftop extensions, new facades including replacement windows and panels, and a refurbished building entrance. In addition, the current nine-floor office will be refitted and expanded to provide 200,000 square metres of flexible laboratory and office spaces.
