We are pleased to announce that MadiganGill Logistics has secured the Logistics Package for Broadgate Tower, City of London, which we already underway with.
The overall project at Broadgate Tower is set to achieve BREAM outstanding, delivering high quality city office space which is in high demand. In addition, the redevelopment will add a three-storey extension with a c.6,200 sq ft terrace to the front of the building, as well as high quality arrival, amenity floor, and end of trip facilities including cycle storage and shower facilities.The Tower floors will undergo refurbishment to meet modern occupier expectations. The project will be instrumental in transforming Broadgate Plaza into a green oasis in the City to enhance biodiversity and support city workers’ wellbeing.
