The BioSTaR project at Syngenta’s Jealott’s Hill International Research Centre in Berkshire involves the construction of a new state-of-the-art research and laboratory facility.
The three-storey development, with a gross internal floor area of approximately 9,144 m², has been designed to accommodate specialist scientific research functions alongside modern office and collaborative workspaces. The project is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating, reflecting its commitment to high standards of sustainability, environmental performance and operational efficiency. MadiganGill will be providing the Construction Logistics and waste management services on the project.
