Project Info:
Beaufort Park is a mixed use development with 3,200 new apartments overall, set in 25-acres with a landscaped parkland. MadiganGill Logistics are involved with the final phase of the Development Phase 16, also known as Building D which contains 7 cores, D7 to D1, and comprises of 485 homes , 4 commercial units and car parking spread across 3 floors. It is a new build project within the overall development at Beaufort Park.
