Project Info:
Covering 130,000 sq. ft. office space, 41 Lothbury is a Grade II Edwardian building located near Bank station. The renovation will transform the existing rooftop space on floor seven and introduce the eighth floor with new outdoor terraces offering spectacular City skyline views. Having previously served as NatWest’s Headquarters in the 40’s, the Banking Hall will be restyled into new meeting spaces, and statement lighting and artwork by designer Jason Bruges will be added to the Banking Hall.
