The package for the structural phase covers the supply, delivery, and the installation of a range of structural elements for the redevelopment of the Norfolk Plaza Hotel. Principle Demolition works cover the construction of all the temporary works, timber flooring, basement excavation, drainage and raft slab construction, extension of the reinforced concrete lift shafts, masonry/brickwork and the construction of the structural steelwork roof including all associated reinforced concrete slabs.

The development comprises the conversion of the Grade II listed Norfolk Plaza hotel into a modern 4-star hotel. The project enables the creation of a Hyatt branded hotel with 87 bedrooms and associated public spaces in the heart of Paddington.
