Principle Demolition is working in co-ordination with the MadiganGill Logistics team on behalf of Galliford Try.
This project consists of a mixed-use Commercial Refurbishment, taking the existing building from c.40,000 sq ft to around 60,000 sq ft. It includes retail and leisure uses on the ground and lower ground levels and 6 floors of high-specification offices above. Works also include the complete stripping out of the iconic G-A-Y nightclub and turning it into office space.
