Principle Demolition has been contracted by our client Dominus to undertake Strip back to shell and core, including asbestos removal, as the Principal Contractor.

The overall project, spans across five floors. The building was originally constructed in 1920 and rebuilt in the 1950's following WW2, as a purpose-built telephone exchange, for BT.

This project is located just a 5-minute walk from the busy Kings Cross station.
