By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, we are building on this existing commitment and creating even more opportunities for veterans to join and progress within our business.
Turning Commitment Into Action
As part of our pledge, MadiganGill Security will guarantee an interview to veterans who meet the essential criteria of an advertised role.
We are also proud to work alongside the British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) to help service leavers identify rewarding career opportunities and successfully transition into civilian employment.
Our objective is simple: to ensure talented individuals leaving the Armed Forces have access to meaningful careers where their skills, experience and dedication are recognised and valued.
