APPRENTICES NIGHT OUT
Not that we need much of a reason for a get-together, but to mark the occasion of the completion of our first cohort of apprentices who achieved their Waste Management apprenticeship - with all of them passing the final exam - we took the opportunity to have a celebratory night out.
Adam Webster - Head of HR at MadiganGill remarked “It's wonderful seeing the great spirit amongst everyone, and to make our celebration even more special - we had a mini photo album created for all those involved and had a great time going through the photos and remembering many of the wonderful times we shared”.
It's also fantastic, that all the apprentices will remain with us - continuing their training and development and moving into supervisory roles.
Tony Ball, Managing Director for Logistics and Demolition commented on the outcome of the scheme. “We are delighted that all our apprentices have done so well and consider their success as part of our investment in the future of MadiganGIll and the construction industry”.
Moving forward, we are now onto our second cohort of apprentices, so look out for more news and posts about them across our Logistic projects.
