We have vast experience of mobilising and delivering services to Ports; together with strong understanding of the risks/challenges involved, against the ISPS Code/DfT regulations.

This has successfully been achieved with customers like;- Port of Tilbury, Thamesport, Sheerness and Chatham Docks together with managing the International Cruise Terminal in Essex.

When working in a maritime time environment our main objective is to fully comply your port security plan that has been approved by the DfT and ISPS regulations; suffice to say all our officers will undergo maritime security training, unique to the industry and in accordance with ISPS code.

As with all our contracts, where we can, we improve on the contractual requirements. To achieve this, we analyse all contract data to monitor our performance, assess risks and opportunities, and establish continuous improvement plans. Consequently, innovation and continuous improvement will become part of the service review process, with the introduction of service improvement and/or innovation a KPI.
