- To protect the clients premises, assets and all stakeholders who are present on site

- Uphold the site rules and follow agreed policy and procedures set out by MadiganGill and the client

- Monitor CCTV for the purposes of crime prevention, access control and the review of all incidental events

- Regular patrolling of the site including identity checks

- Control of access to the site (Pedestrian and Vehicle)

- Lock and unlock of the building as required

- Provide first aid to persons who require urgent assistance

- Respond to and investigate all incidental events on site

- Compliance with the site Health & Safety Programme

- Issuance / Return of site keys

- Response to alarm activations
