Warehouse Operative
Location: Bridgwater (TA6)
Pay: £14-£16 per hour
Duration: 3 years

MadiganGill are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Bridgwater (TA6) for a long-term 3-year project starting in Late January 2026.

A CSCS Card is essential as the warehouse is supporting construction of a nearby factory.

Role Details:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Stock checks and general warehouse organisation

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Assisting with other warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

• Reliable and punctual
