Site Manager - Exeter EX4

MadiganGill are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a construction project in Exeter, with an immediate start available.

The role will involve overseeing the current phase of works, which is expected to run until December/January.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works run to programme.

• Maintaining quality control standards and completing relevant paperwork.

• Using Fieldview for site documentation and quality management.

• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.

• Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress on site.

Requirements:

• SMSTS certificate.

• First Aid at Work (FAW).

• Experience with quality control paperwork.

• Comfortable using Fieldview.

• Fire Marshal training would be advantageous.

• Experience with roofing systems would be beneficial.

Job Details:

• Location: Exeter, EX4

• Rate: £300-£325 per day, depending on experience

• Start: Immediate

• Duration: Until January
