Facilities Officer (with Minibus Driving Responsibilities) to join the Facilities Management team supporting Holy Trinity School in Crawley.

This varied and rewarding role combines practical facilities and site support with the responsibility of providing safe and reliable transportation for students and staff.

Facilities & Site Support Duties

· Support the Site Manager and Facilities Team with the day-to-day operation of the school site.

· Undertake general porterage duties across the school.

· Set up and clear classrooms, halls, meeting rooms and other spaces for lessons, examinations, events and school activities.

· Move furniture, equipment and resources safely and efficiently around the site.

· Receive, unload and distribute deliveries and supplies.

· Assist with basic maintenance tasks and operational requirements as directed.

· Carry out routine site checks and report any maintenance, security or health and safety concerns.

· Support the presentation of the school by helping to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

· Assist with site security procedures, including unlocking and securing areas when required.

· Work in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, safe working practices and school policies.

· Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade and nature of the post.
