Job Description:
We are looking for Mastic Labourers to support ongoing projects across Central London and Luton. The role involves assisting with mastic and sealing works on construction sites, ensuring areas are prepared and finished to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with mastic application and sealing works

• Preparing areas prior to mastic installation (cleaning, masking, etc.)

• Supporting skilled mastic applicators on site

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Following site health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a labourer on construction sites

• Willingness to learn mastic and sealing works

• Good work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience with mastic or sealant works
