Lead Labourers / Gangers (Non-SSSTS)
Location: Bridgwater (TA6)
Pay: £15-£18 per hour
Start: January

MadiganGill are currently looking for experienced Lead Labourers / Gangers (non-SSSTS) for a long-term project in Bridgwater (TA6).

Role Details:

• Leading and coordinating a team of labourers

• Assisting with general labouring and site duties

• Communicating with site management to ensure smooth daily operations

• Helping maintain site safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Lead Labourer / Ganger

• CSCS card required

• No SSSTS needed

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Reliable and proactive attitude
