Recruiter - Construction Recruitment
We're a specialist construction recruitment agency looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing London team.

The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing and screening candidates for blue-collar construction roles (labourers, traffic marshals, skilled trades, etc.), matching them to client vacancies, and handling compliance and onboarding through to placement.

Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates via job boards, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other platforms
* Screen candidates by phone and match them to suitable roles
* Manage right-to-work checks, trade cards, and certifications
* Keep candidate/client records updated and accurate
* Support daily workforce planning and hit team KPIs

What We're Looking For
* Just a little recruitment experience is fine - full training provided
* Strong communication and people skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast pace
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and social media
* Driven, resilient, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment
* Full UK driving licence a plus, not required
