• Investigation, tracing and subsequent isolation of mechanical and electrical services including basement and roof plant room installations
• Installation of temporary power, lighting and water supplies to allow works to be carried out
• Dismantling and removing lift installations including counterweights, lift cars and roof lifting beams / basement hydraulic plant
• Removal of existing loose and fixed furniture, kitchens and toilets
• Strip out all soft and hard floor finishes, plasterboard wall linings, partitions, raised access flooring and suspended ceilings back to core structures
