MadiganGill has over 200 full time people, in a wide range of jobs, both office and site based.

In our offices we have Quantity Surveyors, Credit Controllers, Senior Buyers, Administrators, Accounts, Health and Safety Managers - and more.

Whilst on site we have over 1500 operatives across the UK every week working on around 300 construction projects.

These include Traffic Marshalls, Welfare Cleaning, Security Officers, Hoist Operators - Banksman and more.

Every single day our people are doing innovative and important work that contributes to bringing potential to MadiganGill clients, our operatives and our candidates.

Apprenticeships

MadiganGill is actively seeking to include apprenticeships as an important aspect of the opportunities we provide. It's our intention to support the creation of an ongoing pipeline of young people and others, to take on the amazinng future that a career in construction offers.

Our determination to have a solid apprenticeship programme is not just to help our workforce, but to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to supporting the government priority for new apprentices and upskilling the workforce.
